The Costa del Sol remains one of the most popular areas for Brits to buy in Spain. Being the farthest south of all of the Spanish Costas, the temperature here remains far higher than that of the UK, even in the Winter months.

One word of caution with Andalucia though, land grab is still very much an unfair part of this region’s law, therefore make sure you check the land that surrounds the property very carefully before you go ahead and buy.
